Farmland Hardware is hiring a Part-Time Flexible Floor Helper to support daily store operations. This role focuses on stocking, organization, and basic customer assistance to keep the sales floor running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Stock and face shelves
Keep assigned areas clean and organized
Help customers find items or direct them to the right team member
Assist with unloading and light inventory tasks
Stay productive during slow periods
Follow store standards for professionalism, phone use, and safety

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and on time
Comfortable with physical work
Follows direction and works well with a team
Willing to learn and help where needed

Hardware experience is a plus, but reliability and work ethic matter most.

What This Role Is Not

Not a management role
Not a sit-around job

Schedule

Part-time hours
Expect around 30hr weeks
